This one is "conventional". I'd just stick with "synthetic" labeled stuff (even though it may be a non-true synthetic) and do 6+ months or 7500+ miles interval. Of course, it all depends on the car...

A receipt is only part of it. You also need extra proof of purchase from the bottle(s) which you are not allowed to copy. Read the TC.
