I believe the more quietness is due to less iron moving parts and as well as from the slow & very controlled movement of garage door over the track instead of too fast.

That's what I thought, and I'm not sure we're wrong. I've always thought a lot of the noice comes from the door creaks and rollers on the track. It's more than chain vs belt. I have screwdrive.

make sure your wifi SSID is not hidden, it seems to work only with SSIDs which are broadcasted.
