That's one thing I found to be a big problem. I've read that too and theres a big tendency for people who have it and the people around them to just say "Whats the big deal? A little gluten wont hurt...

It not just digestion.... My grandmothers never got under control until she realized there was gluten and in her toothpaste. She's also gotten really bad after helping bake cookies with gluten...
