This has a 24.75" scale length and a 12" radius. According to a review on Music Radar, the only thing Jr. is the smaller body width which makes this a little lighter and easier to hold.

Tried this guitar at GC today -- $549. Smaller body was very comfortable. Didn't bite on this deal because of the Bigsby -- I don't need it and don't want to have to re-tune often. Also tried one...

Received my second guitar from Adorama this week -- an American Stratocaster Elite. Previous one is a Fender Paramount Deluxe acoustic. Both came with cases in sealed boxes and were in great shape.

I like the smaller body. By no mean does jr mean a kids guitar. Sounds great... hard to keep tuned. really hard. If you use the Bigsby it's even harder to keep tuned.

I bought 2 guitars from Adorama, this Gretsch and a Fender American Special Strat and bought came in perfect condition. Im very impressed with the Gretsch and you won't find a guitar of this quality...
