It's not always that simple. They told me to send everything back for a refund even though the phone is in great shape. Just the charger not being original was my complaint.

Update - I got them to issue me a partial credit of ~$45. I think that is "good enough" for me as that brings down the cost to me to be ~$250, which i consider it a win.
