Not sure whats so hard about a non-modular PSU? It's a $30 PSU, cut off the plugs you don't use and buy a new one when you upgrade. PSUs don't last forever and actually begin having poorer quality...

Just make sure you cap them, after you chop the wires. If they touch your case, it will safely shut off your psu. If it touches your motherboard, or something....IDK. That said, about 20 min...
