Depends on how bad the banding or the dse the Tcl 6 series panel you get is... I'd worry more about that then the set only being 60hz.

Why are you comparing OLED to this TV? lol two different leagues of TV. TCL is considered best bang for your buck in the sub 1k price range for the features. OLED comparisons are useless.
