Still depends, sure if you try to charge a tablet with it, its going to suck it dry, but unless your phone is completely dead each time, most top ups won't take it all. This applies to any battery...

A 3000 power bank is not even worth 5 bucks. Why would someone buy this useless piece. Anything under a 10,000 is not worth it. Many times, one can get the 15000 mAh for under 18 bucks on amazon....
