They will pay you. I've had checks cut for 2 or 3 different (expensive) things. Duracells seem to leak WAY more than Energizers these days.

Duracell batteries are the worst. I can't trust them not to leak. No other battery brand I've tried has a leaking problem to such a great extent as Duracell.
