It would be 6 (or multiples of 6, if smaller ones in parallel) of whatever cells these area made up of. Alkaline cells are 1.5V each.

This is a really good deal considering these are alkaline vs the "heavy duty" dollar store ones. These should last at least twice as long in smoke detectors, for about the same price per each.

I'm done with Duracell. Had them leak (yes LEAK) in 3 different devices in the last year. Best luck/life and value with RayOVac. But now that they have been sold to Energizer, who knows.......

i agree with people in here, i had duracell from staples free after rebate deal, they all have 10 yr shelf life but some leak starting from 2nd yr after I bought it and still in the original package,...

Use rechargeable NiMH 9V. They’re more expensive but never leak. Edit: Removed “lithium”. Apparently some of them do leak.
