Not 100% clear-cut. Per Aukey's documentation, 30W could be 15x2 instead of 20x1.5. I don't know if it's a question of 2017 vs 2018 spec sheets, or using lower voltage for lower draw devices....

maybe 19.99 or less black friday? seems overpriced at 29.99 given the low PD output. agree with the Monoprice recommendation if PD is your main focus as it does 60W and is cheaper to boot.
