Don't expect too much from the chainsaw and you'll be okay. Made by MTD, which is pretty low-end. Find for cutting out the occasional tree, but don't expect to cut cords of wood with this either.

I agree that much of what MTD makes is low end but don't forget that MTD also makes Cub Cadet and Troy-Bilt which are not garbage.
