Blues are quite loud in my opinion but are nice for typists. For some gamers, it gets pretty annoying since it has such a loud click. Hope this helped!

I prefer blue for typing. I use my reds for gaming. Never tried browns except once at a store and It seemed like a compromise between the two.

Agreed. My cherry mx speeds (k95 plat) are just as loud as the blues while gaming. Same for Razer green and yellow. And I have a medium or soft touched compared to IT co workers. I type 90 wpm...
