Should be completely shuckable. Looks like the more expensive option is the same but not the bundled sale item. So when the bundle -ne32 goes away the regularly priced nesn will stay.

Depends on your hardware. If your hardware is compliant with the latest SATA spec 2.3 it will work without blocking the pins.
