Funny you say that. I just tried some pizza bagels and they were done in like 5 minutes and definitely crispy. I think I had heat a bit too high as the cheese didn't get melty but still was cooked...

I don't see where you can set the temp. Anybody familiar with this unit? I don't mind basic and analog but it has to have a functional thermostat.
