Seems like a decent price on this monitor, and my experience with Dell monitor refurbs has been flawless in the past. Are people expecting this to drop lower by the end of the year?

I checked online and can’t find if it has gsync or FreeSync. Maybe neither? One site says free other says no free.

Pretty sure this monitor has neither. And, I think it's limited to 60 hz. Definitely not a gaming monitor, but great for the size / productivity.
