The 2990WX is only good for rendering. Its actually slower than a a 1700x in many things. Evevn the 16cores is faster in video encoding. Sometimes gluing 4 cpus togther doesnt always work. Not enough...

2700X is a much cheaper build since this will require an extra $150-250 for motherboard and CPU fan. If you want to pay that premium, I think going for the 16 core 1950x deal makes more sense.
