You do t get the efficiency if you are so Overkill on size. Lookup the efficiency band for this. It typically is very low at under 20 percent load.

I don't read Chinese but if you scroll down, they mention the 650W/750W models. My guess is the 1000w isn't impacted by these issues.

That's a very good point, stable voltage and clean power will be much more beneficial to your components and the efficiency rating do not reflect those important elements of a psu.

There is some compatibility issue with certain graphic cards because those cards can cause high sudden current which triggers the protection circuit of the PSU. But I don't think it is a big deal....
