These are really only useful for deadlift, and marginally at that. If you use these for squat or bench press, they are making up for your uneven/bad form.

Irwin clamp broke for me. Snapped, as only the rod is metal, but the rest is plastic.(atleast for my clamp dont know about this one). but beware!

Nope. Anyone can use the ITC coupons. I just show them the barcode on my phone or print it out. Never paid for ITC and use the coupons all the time.
