The system changed this past summer. Now if you buy a gift card (third party) and attempt to pay with a Target gift card, it will only allow you to pay for the non-gift card items with the Target...

My target STOPED letting me buy a Netflix or Ebay GC with a target GC in September. I am not thinking you will get a Red Card discoumt by buying a Target GC, but the 5% discount seems to work...
