Nes, genesis, snes, gameboy, atari etc runs fine on retropie. I havent tried PlayStation but n64 games are so laggy and unplayable.

It's the exact same as the Pi since it is meant to be direct competition. The Tinker Board should handle anything that the Pi does, but better! Even if you don't know Linux, there's YouTube to help.

i have the case and wouldn't recommend it as it will thermal throttle unless you take the top off. better off getting one of those flirc ones that uses the whole case as heatsink.

There are adblock apps (atleast for Android). One advantage not mentioned is that after the initial setup, Pi Hole should be completely transparent. Also, you don't waste any resources doing blocking...
