Yeah, that and someone else mentioned in an iPhone 6 thread that they went to apple to get their screen replaced and was told that it was an aftermarket screen.

It's probably some aftermarket battery that they use in these open box or reconditioned phones.
The battery drains quickly. Nowhere near the battery life of a brand new iPhone.
Just be aware.
