A 1070 is overkill for 1080p, unless you're trying to get up to 144 FPS. A good 580 can run pretty much anything you throw at it at 1080p/60 at max settings.

I doubt they accidentally sent the ti to others, but who knows. What they did is they sent the ti, but it had a sticker placed on it that said the name and model of the regular 1070, for some reason....
