Not necessarily. Via HP support, I had the same issue and the battery needed replacement for a blown fuse. I tried every suggestion to keep the unit but was unable to fix the issue.

Yeah I get it. Just didn't realize how great of a configuration those Flex's are for every day use and travel. Maybe I should just stick with Lenovo Flex and wait on deals on those for upgrades.

It does detect 32gb ram. i ran y cruncher and it worked fine with testing out the 32gb ram. I actually use a program call softperfect ramdisk and use 16gb as a ramdisk
