Make up a more difficult password or pin than PASSWORD or 1234? Seriously though, I would call back to customer service and request a supervisor and keep requesting somebody higher up in the chain...

Its going to be hard to find out. You will only be lucky if they recorded that phone call and can voice verify its not you.
