Skil is a reputable brand although their tools are somewhat lacking power for a tough job. Hyper tough is more like what we find at harbor freight. I had a drill that lasted less than a month...

I find mint Makita 9910 on CList, Letgo and Offerup all the time @ $20-$50. I own four and have never paid more than $20 with all sorts of belts included. The 9910 is 10x the sander this Skil turd...
