FWIW, I bought it off B&H, came today and DID include the POE. So far it is working fantastic. Using a Rpi Zero as the controller.

My upstairs AC LR uses a moca adapter and got 420/200 just now

The part number UAP-AC-PRO includes a POE adapter. This is defined by Ubiquiti. Both websites list that part number. The part number with no POE adapter is UAP-AC-PRO-E.
