The Brown Box was sealed with tape and the interior box had a clear seal you had to break to open it. I prefer factory direct packaging. But it really is luck of the draw as to what you get.

It is a normal brown box but it is perfect fit to the Neatos box inside no bubble wrap. The box on the outside says from bestbuy.com but it also had a sticker that says neatorobotics on it.
