If you do track days/HPDE 4 times a year, should you change the oil more often vs manual? with m 1 full syn. Thos oil life monitor do you guys just change oil by that? are those pretty accurate?

I guess he has a point, just tell them next time that you will do it yourself for $20 in parts. Lexus would charge close to $150 to change my oil, $22 for 7 quarts of synthetic and $3 for a toyota...

This one dealer told me to not birng my own oil next time, he said it's like brining your own food to a restaurant, wtf. I always brought oil to dealers

I've had success doing this at both the dealer (Honda dealer) and private mechanics. Just maybe call the place ahead of time and ask if they do it and how much.
