I've had success doing this at both the dealer (Honda dealer) and private mechanics. Just maybe call the place ahead of time and ask if they do it and how much.

Yes, most dealers, quick install places and usually even Walmart will use the oil you bring for a moderate install fee. Just call them first.

Shops around me charge about $20-$40 for labor on oil change if you bring your own oil. THis is NYC, but not all shops do it, you do need to call around.
