Anything that has a bolt or nut on it at my work we use a torque wrench. If it's not torqued to specs the warranty is voided.

Harbor freight's torque wrenches are $20 a piece and they are accurate. After a couple years of use, I tested them again last week to recalibrate and they are still accurate.
