Problem with the previous 4k XPS 13 models was the huge hit in battery life. Went from averaging 10-14 hours to 6-9 just by the screen resolution.

Picked one up today! Thanks for the post. It's been okay so far...the webcam has some gunk on the inside that hopefully compressed air can get out. Also had repeat freezes within the first few hours...

Pcmag gave this laptop the highest rating for an ultraportable. Still think I'd pick a surface laptop 2 or base surface book 2 though because I love the 3:2 aspect ratio compared to 16:9 like this xps

The only changes Dell claims on the 9380 over the 9370 are 10% more battery life (Dell says 19 hours for 9370 and 21 hours for 9380), 10% more performance ( whiskey lake with 2133mhz ram in the 9380...
