You can get by with a less expensive espresso machine. A grinder, not so much. Grinder will go to waste if you want to take your espresso to the next level.

I had this, and ended up changing to their digital burr grinder and the 840 espresso machine. Would much rather have two separate machines than the one unit, personally.
