I think Stargate Universe is the strongest of the franchise. Very serialized but building off the SG backstory, you don't need to be a huger SG fan to get it, but to have caught some of the other...

I use to buy my TV Shows on Vudu/UV. I have switched to buying them on iTunes for the only reason that using a Windows PC you can download the full quality show (not using something like PlayOn),...

For the longest time you could get a free 4K AppleTV by subscribing to three months of DirecTVNow for $90. Not as cheap as an Roku but a pretty nice TV channel selection. I didn't have any issues...
