The challenge with these is I'll need at least another $100 in adapters and BS. Sometimes $200. Unless you already have a similar aftermarket radio with the adapters in place, may not be worth it.

What? Since when? You will need a dash kit regardless of what brand you buy unless it comes with it. A harness is cheap and if you have steering wheel controls, you NEED another adapter IF you want...

I would stick to the name brands......the off brands tend to be clunky and slow and just not modern looking. Also may lack sound quality.
