If you ask Mint Mobile they will claim "in 45 days" officially, however there is an "activate by" date printed on the card and it's often a year or so away. YMMV.

Yeah, I only bought it for the Mint sim. The dual sim and Go OS made it interesting - and it was free. That's my only rationale. :) There weren't refurbs in my area or I would have opted for that....
