The problem is the SSD models have the 97 whr battery and the HDD models do not. They use the 57whr solution.

Any 2.5" drive model has a smaller battery as that space is where the larger battery would normally be.

The build and quality on the XPS is much better than the Zenbook imo. I have a 2015 i5 XPS and battery still lasts 6-7 hours on a charge. Thinking of picking up a new one do to the cam finally...

I did this with my, previous generation, XPS 15 model 9560: removed the 2.5" SSD and its cage and swapped the smaller battery to a 97 WH one. I'm pretty sure 9570 is like that, as the case looks...

It appears both 9570 models (fncwxb1652h and dycwb1651h) are 3 cell 56Wh batteries, cross checking against Newegg with the codes.

The problem with the Zenbook is that the USB-C port does not have Power Delivery. Also, it doesn't function as a Display Port. I recently bought one and returned it.
