The fingerprint scanner and DVD drive are nice additions, but even with latest bios I can't change vRAM in UEFI. Settled on returning mine. Paid $344 for 8GB model.

The UEFI lives inside the motherboard, so it exists separately from data on drives. I think only the manufacturer has the tool(s) needed to format the UEFI/bios.

That model relies on Intel, so the iGPU is significantly weaker than Vega 8. Not saying the laptop won't suit the needs of most, but any looking to play games casually will find disappointment.
