This seems like a scam. Seems like there are so many loops to jump through to get a ticket and then you can't even get a ticket. I uploaded my valid receipt twice and they rejected it twice.

From there, log in, go to My Account>My Orders, select the order and there will be a url you can go to get the ticket...

Did this twice with two different receipts. Confirmation and certificate arrived within 12 hours both times. Used a newspaper coupon for $1 off 3 Kelloggs so my first receipt rang up less than $10.
