I opened the Assistant for 5 days and on the 5th day it said, "Congratulations, you completed the challenge and your credit is on its way. Check back here after 48 hours of completion to claim it."...

The rep just kept repeating that if I had qualified I would have received an email. I offered a screenshot of the completion confirmation in the app and he just repeated the bit about the email...

Yes it is! Expires 41 days from today so July 8. PS. You have the add the items you want to the cart through the Amazon Assistant. If you add them any other way, you won't see the $5 discount.

Just checked again, still no way to claim the $5. See attached for message on Day 5 (5/24) which was 4 days ago. I think they want us to keep checking the Assistant for much longer than the stated...

As the rest of you, I completed the promo and got confirmation in the app, but never received the promo. Amazon chat essentially called me a liar and refused to assist in any way.

You have the add the items you want to the cart through the Amazon Assistant. If you add them any other way, you won't see the $5 discount. Make sure it is Ships & sold by Amazon.

I'm up to 3 out of the 5 so far. Just open Amazon Assistant each day, search for any item, let it load. Then re-load the Amazon Assistant and the counter will update.
