I am confused. What does it mean "Free Store Pickup". Why would picking up something from a store have a pickup charge to it?

To me, it means free to pick up in store but not free to get it ship (if you don't have a target red card). It could just be "pick up in store" but sounds better with "free" being included. 🤷🏽 ♀️
