So max 15W PD, which is not even max charging speed for latest phones, let alone iPad Pro or laptops. I hope that’s an error in the listing and it supports higher than 5V.

Type C to Type C is the regular charging cables now. The Type C to Type A ones are old and obsolete on most newer devices.

Type A is still by and large available and universal compared to Type C. That is why they still included it because a lot of people interface with PC as well.
