So I already own Forsaken and havent played over a month. Do I still have to get the annual pass? or did that get included if you already got forsaken?

Correct.
If you still need Forsaken I'd just wait until the Shadowkeep expansion comes out in a few months because there's bound to be a decent deal for some kind of "all in" bundle.

The only content included in the free to play version will be Destiny 2, Warmind, and Curse of Osiris. Neither Forsaken nor its Annual Pass will be F2P.
