I have recently seen the i5 models for under 400 have something missing - usually has one of FHD , SSD or USB C missing.Sometimes they are slightly older models like Inspiron 3 series.

My S340 at least is FHD, but the TN is pretty annoying. It's fine straight on and if you're just looking at stuff, but for reading it can be a pain. I'm currently looking into finding an IPS...

It does have a USB-C port, but it's data only. No Power Delivery for charging the laptop and no video (DisplayPort) out.

If you're referring to the overall size of the laptop, this one actually has super narrow bezels which reduce the size pretty well. I usually don't like the bulky 15.6" laptops because they're a pain...

You also have to remember this is Walmart's product page. They tend to mess up with tech quite often; if you need one, just buy it and return it if the screen isn't FHD.
