Yeah but it is. If you are an Xfinity customer they don't charge you anything extra. Also if you activate the phone and put it on wifi you won't use any data so the 100mb free data cap never goes...

Had same issue. My guess is they probably didn't get IMEI from Samsung directly. Only carrier branded works for now. This is stupid. They have exact same hardware.
