Is this a reliable brand? And how is warranty support? Also is it easy to return it to Walmart if there's an issue.

Can anyone comment if there is space to put an additional RTX 2070 in this, after upgrading the PSU. I need something with an option to add GPU's.

Really looking to buy this. But I also want to do my first custom build. Think I can build something similar for the same price?

Be warned - If that picture is accurate, it’s a cooler master case MB5 and it’s horribly suffocating, tight to work in, and scratches easily. Bad bad airflow. Cheap plexi

You can, it just isn’t legit. If you’re going or have an illegitimate copy, why even pay for it?
Post #129153925 added 07-19-2019 11:55 PM by tpxe in Deal Talk
I mean if you want something now that’s pre built, this is prolly it. I have the same pretty much except a 700w psu and 2080 bought about 5 months ago for 1600.

So you'd say good build quality? Is it loud

I think it is cybertron, which is one of the better prebuilt? Dont hate me if i was wrong, I jumped on the 1509 one 2 days ago

It is, but no kb/mouse/OS, which gets you closer or over the price.

Its not a generic memory, its a major brand with heatspteaders. Also its an excellent quality power supply, morherboard is an asrock or msi not generic either

Guess I'm in for one. Can always return it in 15 days since it's sold by walmart. Tried to build something similar with slightly different components and ended up with $1500. Looks like you didn't...

Youre not wrong the fans are different but anyone paying 100 dollars for windows is insane you can get it much much cheaper than that. Regardless still a good deal.

What kind of FPS you think this would play PUBG, low settings, 1080p?
Post #129182824 added 07-21-2019 9:26 AM by vo_danh in Deal Talk
you can get kb/m/OS for $30, probably less.

Just spent 300 more dollars more on a 3700x and a 2070 Super; but similar build otherwise. This is a good deal. Put something together on PCPP just really fast, and didn't come close using...

Nice comparison. So of course, you're not looking to save MSRP rates--"saving" over $500 was a little TOO GOOD, $1130 is more realistic of the baseline price.
Post #129158443 added 07-20-2019 7:51 AM by MONSTER in Deal Talk
Nice CPU cooler mang. It screams cheap build. Also, don't forget when buying as a prebuilt, you are limiting yourself to 1 year warranty, so if your 2070 bites the dust after 12 months,(reason...

You *will* want to at least get a Hyper 212 or so if you do buy this build. That little CPU is awful and loud that it comes with.
Post #129159838 added 07-20-2019 9:07 AM by Helltech in Deal Talk
It is out of stock. A 1080 is also more than 5 percent worse than a 2070, it's more like 10.
Post #129160615 added 07-20-2019 9:48 AM by fade2black2007 in Deal Talk
The 2070 hasnt even been out a year and in all the tech forums and sites ive been on i havent noticed anyone talking about them dying. I would def disagree that it happens fairly often. From what ive...

It’s a reliable brand. Customer service is US based when you call. I ordered the cheaper deal with AMD components. Unfortunately, mine had DOA GPU upon arrival. They offered to swap the card...

Post #129178525 added 07-21-2019 6:04 AM by Helltech in Deal Talk
It's ridiculously easy to beat the price of these pre-builds, and I couldn't. In that sense it didn't come close. (Not to mention Windows Key).
Post #129163015 added 07-20-2019 11:52 AM by Helltech in Deal Talk
That isn't true, I did include a case (the exact case that comes with the walmart pc) and it includes three fans.
Post #129165988 added 07-20-2019 2:32 PM by edrock200 in Deal Talk
If you do a custom build and have some parts laying around (kb, mouse, case, etc) you probably won't beat it, but you'd come close or match it. More importantly you could buy the newer 2070 super...

$900 was a steal Much complaining about oem ram and mobo but they really make no performance difference if they're the same speed and specs. Cheap PSU's are scary but they have to realize they need...

As far as i know, Nvidia and Intel are great brands-- the best PCs I've used are the ones i built-- which have no brand name what so ever.
Post #129157360 added 07-20-2019 6:47 AM by gwlaw99 in Deal Talk
The motherboard looks low end so don’t expect much overclocking even if you replace the stock cooler.

Anyone know when Intel will finally get the stupid 10 nm process done? One more generation of Ryzen refinements and I will just be buying one of those I believe....4 core 8 thread is sooooo last...
