As said, no zero pwm = eye strain, so consider yourself lucky. 2414 ultrasharp is only about 70 bucks more, so you aren't saving enough money to suffer something this old.

I first got this model in 2012 and loved it. They were still going strong when I switched to the 2018 QHD model. It is hard to recommend these in 2019 though, especially after using the QHD version...
