Visited 3 local stores that each said they had 1 in stock. 2 of the 3 stores only had the floor display units. The third store had no floor display but had a new one, so I grabbed it for my son.

Grabbed a floor model last week - it looks flawless but hopefully the battery life hasn't taken a hit from being plugged in and turned on 24/7 for who knows how long. Haven't activated it on Verizon...

Hardware wise, you cannot touch its 8GB memory and such. But hardware is only half the story, the other being the OS. Razer is no longer supporting this phone, so you will not likely get any...

I think this will be a slim YMMV offer. These have been removed from store displays a while back. You wouldnt even know Best Buy stores sold them if it wasnt for their web site.
