If budget is priority, HD is probably your better bet. We used SW super paint a few years ago and had to repaint a good portion after some mud work recently. Color is spot on with a dyed new can....

if you have dogs they will hit it no matter the paint. if you can tolerate semigloss, I'd go that. eggshell would work but you just need to check weekly with a slightly damp rag (not too wet)

We used their Superpaint in our rooms, proclassic for trims and doors, and duration home for kitchen and bathroom. It's been about two years now and still very satisfied.

SW hands down. We are repainting over our 3-4 year old Behr Marque. With this deal, SW Emerald is same price as Behr Marque. It covers better and colors are more true to what you expect

You generally aren't supposed to paint stucco; it's supposed to be able to dissipate water. That said, superpaint is a good outdoor paint.
