It’s about 3-5% faster in terms of performance to its 8th gen counterpart (the i5-8265U). So not a big upgrade — if you see a deal on the 8th gen for significantly cheaper then go for it.

I'm getting 200Mb/s now but with a gig connection, I usually get 500Mb/s compared to my iPhone/iPad and older Laptop. So the WiFi Card isn't as good apparently.
