Not this one, if you'll be using the touchscreen or pen much at all you want the surface pro or surface book. This one doesn't lay flat, which I prefer as I generally don't use touch.

If you plan on using the SP 7 on your lap i would not get it. It just isnt comfortable to use on your lap and on your chest while laying down, it's more of a unit to use on a table.

Yes. But with one thing, this laptops are pretty much brick if there is any problem. You cannot open/repair them or make any hardware changes if that is ok for you
